If your landlord is considering a new house, duplex or rebuild, you can introduce the opportunity to AUD Build.
If your landlord signs a qualifying new home building contract with AUD Build, an eligible referrer may receive a A$2,000 referral reward. The reward is subject to final eligibility review and program terms.

Put a genuine building opportunity in the right hands
You do not need to manage the quote or construction discussion. After you provide the basic details, AUD Build will contact the landlord with their consent to understand the project and guide the next steps.
AUD Build will explain whether the project is suitable and what information is needed next.
An eligible referrer may claim the reward after the landlord signs a qualifying new home contract with AUD Build.
